Mike is an accounting professional with over 7 years experience in construction accounting, project accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, payroll coordination, and process improvement.

Mike currently works as a Project Accountant at Rudin Management Company, supporting accounting operations for large commercial real estate development and construction projects in New York City.

Prior to Rudin, he spent several years in project accounting roles supporting large-scale construction projects, developing expertise in financial controls, job costing, budgeting, contract administration, and financial reporting.

Michael founded Dimino Financial Solutions to provide small businesses with the same level of organization, financial discipline, and dependable accounting support typically found in larger organizations.

His approach emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and building long-term relationships with clients.
